Drinking beer doesn't make you fat, it makes you lean . . . against bars, tables, chairs, and poles.

Presentation:

Cooking With Beer
By Kevin Farrell, with much appreciated assistance by many (see Thank You's at end)

The handout with the menu and recipes is available on the forum here.

The focus of this session was cooking with sour beer, specifically the SSBC Club Brew Flander's Red Ale. Being so sour, this beer is a good replacement for vinegar in recipes.

Although the focus was on cooking with beer, an attempt was made to pair each course with an appropriate beer.
